How much will it cost?

As we search for yachts on an individual basis, we are able to negotiate prices according to the market conditions. The prices shown here are an example, however, they are unlikely to be more than the prices shown. Indeed, the price you pay may well be less and therefore make this scheme an even better financial choice. There are no extra costs to pay for the purchase, as all fees are included.

22m Sunseeker Manhattan 70

Boat cost £2,200,000 (€2,530,000), share cost £400,000 (€460,000) 20% share

28m Sunseeker 90 Yacht

Boat cost £3,500,000 (€4,025,000), share cost £700,000 (€805,000) 20% share

Each year, each shareholder must pay an annual service charge, in advance. Charges are envisaged to be:

22m £50,000 (€55,000) per shareholder

28m £75,000 (€86,250) per shareholder

They will include but not restricted to the following charges: 

• moorings
• insurances
• maintenance and repairs
• staffing (Captain and 1st mate)
• management fees
• cleaning
•  

Payment of the annual service charge then allows the owner to participate in the guaranteed allocation scheme. A monthly account will be produced to show exactly where your money is being spent.
